Because each custom piece is handcrafted with care, turnaround times vary based on the size and complexity of your order. Smaller projects typically take 1–2 weeks, while more complex items usually require a minimum of 4 weeks (or longer for large custom requests). The Consultation Process: before we start crafting your item, we will work closely with you to discuss details and provide you with a quote based on design complexity.Production Timeline: once details have been finalized, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Once the deposit has been received, we will begin crafting your custom order. The actual timeline will vary based on the design details and order quantity. Updates will be provided during this process.Delivery / Pickup: when your custom order has been completed, we will arrange for delivery or pickup at your convenience.

Do you offer shipping?

We ship within Canada via Canada Post or Purolator, with shipping costs calculated at checkout or billed to the customer. At this time, we do not ship internationally to avoid unexpected customs fees, duties, or tracking complications for our buyers.

What is your shipping policy?

All orders are processed within 5 business days of completion. Shipments are dispatched Monday through Thursday via Canada Post or Purolator (excluding weekends and statutory holidays). During peak periods or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended. If your shipment is delayed for any reason, we will reach out directly to keep you updated.
